ftp for domain.com (dir empty?)

i ftp'd into a new domain i created, the ftp username
is afterdark and after i logged in. it shows an
empty folder, why isn't there the temporary index.html?

it depends on the skeleton used for the "client" account

xorion - I have this same problem. Not only can I not see any files I cannot upload any files either. Nobody seems to know the solution to my particular problem either.

Anybody has any update on this issue. Problem with me is same, i can login into ftp but i cant see any files, but when i check in IIS files are there.
