FTP issue. file do not show in remote server

Hello, after a fresh install of Plesk 11.5 am unable to FTP the server.
The FTP client shows that successful but no file in the remote server and its lock I saw only / I cannot stroll the client on remote server

Site builders work ok, Wordpress and built software update and publish

Any idea.

Hello, the HOSTNAME is incorrect, If I change the hostname in the PANEL will it affect a live sever in production sites and email

Can you please try to stop the iptables and pas firewall on your server and check it your FTP issues

Thanks, its the iptables. The FTP working now, generally I always stop the iptables but this time every thing was working fine the iptables did not came in mind. Should I disable it

Have you added all port in iptables on your server ? Try to open all required port in firewall and check again.
