FTP Issue

got an issue with FTP, everytime i login to 1 account and goto the httpdos folder my ftp client hangs, works fine on every other account.

I can get into every other folder in the root ie httpsdocs just not httpdoc

all i get is this

125 Data connection already open; Transfer starting.

and times out

I am currently troubleshooting a similar issue with one of the folders on my server.

I disabled the firewall and I was able to enter the folder.

Still havent found a solution other than to disable the firewall
