ftp login and File manager Problem

Hi;

I have big Problem.
I can't cannect "File Manager" on PLESK Panel.

There is this Error: "The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters. You may also want to report this problem to our support so that we could help you as soon as possible."

And I can't login to ftp. After the Problem there is a window on my webpage(www.bashimi.com). Since 4 days I bought my host, but I have never login to ftp, but on Plesk panel I would be able to upload my files. Now it doesn't work.

I am waiting answer.

Hi,

Try to change you ftp password at hosting setup page.

Als odo you have disk quota restriction (you can see at the same page)?
