• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

ftp on one domain not working, others work well

I am running several domains on our server. All ftp accounts run well except for one domain.

on that domain it none of created ftp accounts work at all, they wont access the httpdocs folder. Folder permissions are identical to other domains, which ftp works fine.

I have tried the possible solutions posted (reconfiguring the ftp on that domain" but still, the same problem is there.

this is very bad because the owner of the site is waiting to upload new looks to his site, but cannot do so.

Any ideas?

try "check permissions" feature in the control panel OR try changing the ftp username/password from the setup section
