FTP Problem

I'm transfering domain to new server(Plesk).
I remoted to server and use FTP, it looks like OK, But

after I uploaded completely. I use FTP to open on my PC.
I can't open httpdocs folder, What happen?

I use FTP on remote desktop, i can open httpdocs folder.
So confused!!!

Wrong permission?
Anyone can solve this problem?
Pls. help me.

This also happend to me once - I used Check and than Repair permissions on domain and then it worked fine...

Try toggling Passive (aka PASV) mode for your FTP connection.
