FTP Problem

Hello

I got i client with 3 aditional FTP account in his domain.

I assign 3 diferent folders to them, ftp1, ftp2. ftp3 inside the /httpdocs/ftp1.

Everything works great but after 4-5 days or more i cannot access the FTPs anymore.

When i put the user and password nothing happens looks like the password resets or something.

To fix this problem i been assigning the the password again on the FTP accounts management, after that the ftp continue working.

I got this problem only with this client i never had problems with other accounts.

Any ideas on why this is happening.

Hi,

Strange issue. Is there errors during ftp login ?

Try to check when issue will happen again if passwords are the same in Plesk database.

Check group policy settings for passwords.
