ftp problems after upgrade

Hi
i have upgraded my plest to 8.2
it's a windows 2003 machine
since this each clinet or domain i create the ftp is not working
it gives
530 User xxxxxx cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
any ideas?

Try this
cd %plesk_bin%
ftpmng --remove-all
ftpmng --reconfigure-all

i tried this before and id did not work
this is what seems to solve the problem
i tried to recover the plesk installation and this did solve the problem
