• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

FTP Quota Issue - Plesk 8.2 on Win 2k3

I'm uploading files to a domain account, and it got 99.9% complete, and then errored saying there was no more hard disk space.

I checked the space currently available, and there is 371 GB available, the domain folder is at 0.99 GB ... the user/domain quota is set to UNLIMITED.

Any suggestions on why this is occurring, and how I can check/fix this issue?

Additional Info from FTP Client

Now that the quota check in the middle of the night ran, we're getting this error when attempting to upload to the server:

125: Data connection already open; Transfer starting.
Lost data connection to remote host: Broken pipe.
426: Connection closed; transfer aborted.
