Ftp Socket Error

Hi,

Is imposible to my access to server with FTP Client.

This software give a SOCKET ERROR.

Only when I turn off the FIREWALL this connection be ok.

I tried to add passive FTP Ports in the Firewall and turn my FTP Client Software in Passive mode but still don't work.

Can you help me ?

I'm still waiting a SWSOFT answer for this PLESK ISSUE.

I'm still can't connect by FTP Client without turn off the FIREWALL

I was trying to create Pasive FTP Ports, and nothing to do... the error still appears.

SOCKET ERROR when connect.

What can I do ?
