  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question full-featured trial license

Genisys-Matt

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 12.10
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.69 Web Host Edition
We have a full-featured trial license, as we're migrating all of our website from an old, dying, end-of-contract Server to a brand new, much more powerful one.

However, Plesk is not allowing us to add temporary Domains, but the old Server did.

Is this restricted on the full-featured trial license or am I being daft?

Hello, @Genisys-Matt . Technical/temporary domains for trial licenses were disabled quite a while ago (if I am not mistaken, back in 2023) due to consideration of fraudulent activity. If you are performing a migration of existing websites I would suggest temporarily adjusting the hosts file of your local OS for testing purposes.
