GD Problem with PLesk 8

Hey guys,
I am having a problem with GD... I have two photo galleries that have errors when creating thumbnails after upgrading the PLESK8. I am using CeleronDude and 4images... both worked before, now they do not work.
 
the upgrade may have updated the PHP memory limit. I remember a problem using gallery.

I updated /etc/php.ini and set memory_limit = 50M
