general support ticket times

Hello,

I ws just wondering what Plesks general support times were on their tickets?

Also if you submit 2 tickets during that time period do they answer both of them or only 1 during that time period?

No idea. they work on a priority service. I've had two different techs working on two different things at the same time. They have a great dev & support team. Just a bit slow at times.
