German translation missing on database export confirmation dialog

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
When you export a database from GUI in the German language setting, the database export progress dialog executes and finishes with english phrases. Only the "download" word has been translated to German.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Run panel in German. Export any database.
ACTUAL RESULT
The dump of <database name> is ready. You can herunterladen it.
EXPECTED RESULT
Der Dump von <database name> steht bereit. Sie können ihn herunterladen.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The same is true for the dialog while the export is done, but the window moves so fast that I was unable to capture the exact wording on my test machine.
