Get traffic stats without web login

Plesk for win, 9.3
I need to show the traffic usage about each single domain but without use plesk login (i don't want user can see all conf icons).
I can set up a simple application to show these information. (aspNet , i don't know php)
But i need to know if is possible to get traffic info and where i can get it.

Alternative can be how to limit a user to see only traffic stats icon in plesk panel.

Enable stats from plesk >> domain >> webhosting setup >> Statistics
then go to http://domainname.com/web-stat/pleskstat ; you don't need to login to see the stats
