Getting a PHP error

I am getting the following PHP error, which seems to be something to do with streaming from plesk....any ideas?

Is this folder chmod 777 to be writable?

/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/icce-t.net/subdomains/wiki/httpdocs/images/temp
