  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Getting "User Not Found" message when using Email Link from private files

Hi,

I have WebDAV configured and a user with Application User permissions. When they log in to Plesk and go to Manage Files (the File Sharing tab), they select a file and then click the Email Link link. It doesn't matter if they then select a user or enter an external email address, when they click OK they get the message "User Not Found" and no link is sent.

I'd like to know what this message is indicating. i.e. which user is not found? It doesn't make any immediate sense to me! :)

It is known issue (#111460 for your reference). It is fixed in upcoming Plesk 11.5 version.
