Resolved Git Access denied for domain admin

Hi,
I am new to this forum and I have a simple question. I have a customer running a domain on my host. He wants to use git for deploying his website. But he gets always access denied if he wants to create a git repo.
The Plesk administrator can create git repo for this site without a problem.
I tried to increase permissions for the domain admin but nothing worked so far.
Manual says I have to provide the permission to use git, but I did not find any place with such a permssion setting.
Any idea what I am doing wrong, or do I have to do some low level config on the machine itself?

Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS‬

Plesk Version 12.5.30

We have implemented Git support in Plesk Onyx - https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/administrator-guide/website-management/git-support.75824/ but you have Plesk 12.5 version.

just updgraded to Plesk Onyx and the problem is goone
