Input Github Custom Template Files For PrestaShop

I've setup a repo on GitHub for all custom templates. I have an issue for SSL Stapling at the moment. I'd like to have branches that deal with specific pieces of software. Perhaps a docs folder in each. Maybe a file that has to be included in the onyx admin additional parameters section like include xyz.conf;
