• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Giving Users Mail Level Control Panel Access

Hello,

I know I need to check the box in the individual users mail preferences to allow control panel access, but what do they need to do to access it? I want them to be able to train SPAM Assasin and they need control panel access to their e-mail account in order to do that.

TIA,
Robin

As far as I am aware (and if I'm wrong please correct me) email users use the same Plesk login screen as you do as administrator. I set up a subdomain for one of my clients called "my" and used a html redirect to get them to the login screen. So all they type is http://my.domain.com and they're redirected to the login.

Again, I'm new at this and there could (should) be a different way for them to log in. That's how I'm doing it and it works well doing just what you want mention.
