Issue gmail mail is rejected

Customers are complaining that email sent to them from gmail to our servers are being rejected with:

550 5.7.1 Command rejected

Any ideas what to do?

Have a look in your mail log files. There is usually a more detailled explanation after the 550 5.7.1 error describing the reason why the mail was rejected.

Common way to just say you're IP is blacklisted.
