Resolved GMAIL received email go direct to Trash Folder

Its now a week experiencing a problem where all some of Gmail emails are going direct to Trash automatically when received.

I would appreciate your support regarding the issue.

That sounds more like a rule you have have setup in the gmail because if anything it should go to spam instead of trash. In either case you need to view the headers and go from from there.

I have checked other accounts they are okay but it only happens with two emails using Thunderbird on the same PC.

Could the problem be Thunderbird?

More likely how Thunderbird is configured to send things it thinks is spam to trash instead of to junk.

The issue was resolved as it was coming from a third-party application.
