• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

godaddy SSL certificates

hey guys,

wondering if any of you have solved the Firefox / Safari errors that the godaddy SSL certificates are kicking back?

If so, how did you manage it? I've installed 3 of these in the last week (cheap clients) and IE loves them. No problems at all there. However, FF / Saf kick up the unknown issuer error. (see screen shot below)

Any clues on this? Or does FF just not like Starfield signed certs? If that is the case, what's the best "low-ish" cost cert dealer that Plesk likes and FF / Saf don't choke on?

Sorry ... lots of questions ... just at the end of the rope. Thanks for the help.
