Good plesk admins where?

I have some problems with my plesk server, CFMAIL is dissapearing and random email goes into mailenable bad mail folder for an unknown reason.

where can I find a plesk admin to go over my server and fine tune mail and whaterver elce may not be configuered very well?

My list of problems:

Random email goes into mailenable bad mail folder, also when sent via pop3

Coldfusion 7 CFMAIL is not getting sent out

I would like controllpanel.it3host.com to point to the plesk controll panel login screen

PHP file uploads are not allowing forploads of large files, it files over 50megs, I need this fixed.
