Issue Google SMTP with 465 port

Hi.
For one domain I tried to use Google G Suite. And through the 465 port of smtp google mail is not sent.
I contacted Google support, we test, setup and looked at the logs in the Google admin console .. e-mail do not come to google smtp.
The 465 port is open for incoming and outgoing connections.
What could be the problem?
There are no errors in the Apache, Ngnix and Postfix logs.
The site sends a e-mail , but it does not come to Google smtp.

Make sure that your server is fully accessible through IPv6. It may be accessible through IPv4, but Google requires IPv6 to work perfectly. Else the connections will fail.
