Greylisting handlers are causing system-wide on plesk 9.3 memory allocation errors

Hi, I have a load average of 50.31 of CPU. I guess is this issue --> http://kb.odin.com/es/6875
But I have the 9.3 version of plesk, and this hotfix is applies to plesk 9.2 . ¿This hotfix should work?

It can be installed on 9.3.0 but this fix is already implemented to 9.3.0. Seems there is other reason and I can recommend you try this fix and contact support team for detailed investigation if it not help.
