Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.
Billy Nolen, could you explain the issue or question you have? From the created thread I can not see any issue related info. This is something related to gustbook I guess but could you clarify the situaiton?

"I published my website yeterday and no one can post to my guest book. When you hit submit nothing happens and bottom left corner of IE says error on page. Any help?"
Could you please provide with the screen shot of the case with the error message? Or, if it is possible could you provide me with site example so I could try guest book posting from my side.
