Hard disk quota plesk on virtuozoserver

We have a server installed with virtuozo 3.0.
In a Virtuozo we have made a VE with
plesk reloaded. The OS is fedora core 1.

In plesk we can't set Hard disk quota
for domains and webusers. We have set premission
Hard disk quota assignment as well
for the client as for the domainadministrator.
But it is still gray. How can we solve this?
