• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

OK big problem here, the harddrive for my websierver took a dump, wont boot. the people at the hosting farm said they can install a new harddrive and reimage the os and plesk on it. Then mount the old bad harddrive as a slave so i could try to pull data off of it. is there any way of recovering form this? or should i just fold up and refund cash to all my clients?

i did have backups on the file server here in my main office but as things go do to a short in the building that servers was fried (yes the magic somke got out) yesterday and took the backup's with it.

if it comes down to it i would be willing to pay for someones time.

Thanks agin

Zach.
