Help about DNS

I've just installed an Plesk 7.5.2 on my Windows 2003 server. Everything seem worked. But I have some trouble with DNS. Let see my default sitebuilder running onport 8402, so if i get to the following address

h**t://mydomain.com:8402/

it'll run without any error

but if I get to the following address

h**p://sitebuilder.mydomain.com

nothing happen.

Any one can help me resolve this problem? Please!

the only thing I can think of is that you haven't set DNS zones for that particular domain correctly.

You need to have something like:

sitebuilder.yourdomain.com. A ip_address

That should do the trick.
