HELP cannot reload postfix service

I followed the instruction of the KB en ended with this command:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailmng --reload-service
Reloading postfix: [ OK ]

Now i cant reload my postfix, as i dont get this result.
This is what i did:

My whole mailserver is down! Cant send or recieve emails!
help me, what to do!

What about

# /etc/init.d/postfix reload

It doesnt help.
After execturing that command there is a fail in closing postfix, and an ok in restarting it...
Yet after that, the mail serverice is still down...

Try to find a reason in log /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
