Help CP Error

Hi,

I first installed Plesk 3 Days ago now, Superb the installation went
But about 2 Days after i went to add a MySQL Database,

Not even getting there yet i Went to login to the Plesk Control Panel

And bang all i see is Coding take a look,

Can Anybody Help?

Did you change anythink on mysql database? Like admin user privileges?
