In the Administrator's guide, it explains how to integrate osTicket as the Help Desk.

It says it should now have a link to the Help Desk in the admin panel, which it doesn't.
It also says that I should be able to assign users the ability to link to the Help Desk, but that is only an option on the primary server domain - and no others.
Has anyone else had any luck with this?
