Help. I accidently removed MYsql DB

Hi, i need help, i accidently remove the mysql db and now the parallels program won't connection. Is there any way i can reinstall mysql database ?
 
Do you mean Plesk database psa?
In that case try to recover it from latest dump from Plesk\MySQL\Backup
 
Sorry i mean, i accidently removed mysql server but i believe the data still in the location, how can i reinstall back the server. since i removed the mysql database , i keep getting the following error
ERROR: PleskMainDBException
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Just install corresponding msi package from Plesk distribution kit.
