Help! IDN-Domains on Plesk 8.3 with Windows 2008/IIS7 error

Hi Parallels Support,

we have a BIG problem with IDN-Domains like "hunsrück.de" in IIS7 >> Plesk adds this Domains with Punycode "xn--hunsrck-r2a.de" to IIS7 configuration and this isn't supported by default!! In result the IIS zone stops and shows an strange error and you cannot start the zone until you change the binding to the real IDN name (hunsrück.de) in IIS manager.

i have exactly the same problem with idn-domain with "ä" in domain-name.
The Domain only shows the Standard-Site of the server and in IIS7 the site is stoped and coult no be started (only strange error).

Do u found a workaround for it (vielleicht auch in deutsch ).

Ok i tried the tip with the binding and it works, but it must be a bug, cause the domain was correctly created with plesk....

The issue was fixed since 8.4.0.
