I want to do I upgrade Apache httpd to the new version 2.2.6 and order Centos 4.5

Hi

You can upgrade Apache with "yum" or manually from rpm package. This cannot be done by Plesk.
Take a look at the article http://kb.swsoft.com/en/762 about some post-upgrade issues.

CentOS 4 comes with Apache httpd 2.0. Is there a specific reason you need 2.2? It might be easier to go with CentOS 5 instead if you really need 2.2.

You can install any version of Apache which is available in the repository. As far as I know the Apache is installed by default with OS.
