Help!! My Server show Default page in all domains

Hello, I have a curious problem.

I have virtual server with
Private ip:10.129.4.88
Public ip:82.223.131.X

In plesk Panel add two ip address (I've tried other combinations) actually:
10.129.4.88 Default ip server (Shared)
82.223.131.X/32 Virtual ip (Shared)

Option 1
-> Domain ehoost.com Ip 82.223.131.X
Email :OK
Web Page:Default Plesk

Option 2
-> Domain ehoost.com Ip 10.129.4.88
Email: Not Ok
Web Page: Correctly Web Page

In option 1:
I've added the private ip configuration file
<VirtualHosts IpPrivate IpPublic>

Heyyy Email and web Page its Ok!

But restart plesk, remove my personal configuration.

What's happend?
