• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

HELP! Plesk 9.5 Upgrade Frozen - Plesk No Longer Works

We're trying to upgrade from 9.3 to 9.5 and the install has frozen and has now been stuck for 2 hours. (See attached screenshot)

Now Plesk doesn't work at all!

I tried to apply for "Free Assistance" here https://www.parallels.com/support/plesk/free9.5assistance/ but since I can no longer access Plesk, I can't complete all of the details on the form so it won't allow me to submit it.

Can somebody from Parallels please help?

For anyone who has this problem and would like some help, I'll tell you what I did ...

I terminated the post installation process and restarted Plesk manually.

Everything appeared to be working except that clicking on any SpamAssassin-related icon caused Plesk to hang.

A reboot of the machine fixed that.
