Help, Protect dir don't work

hi,

i'm running plesk 7.5.1 on a server with Fedora Core 1.

After the upgrade from Plesk 7 to Plesk 7.5.1 the function for protect directory don't work. ( the process for creating dir and users seems to be ok but the dir are accessible to everyone).

now it's ok. the problem was to use a cable connection (italian fastweb optical fiber) for create the protected dir (plesk create the dir but don't protect them). I don't know why but with this connection don' work, i've create new dir with my modem line and all works fine.
