Issue HELP Spam filter settings

Need help with Plesk 12.5 spam filter, if I put the jars in the example below it will work,
*@*.com.br
*@*.with
Eur-lex.europa.eu eur-lex.europa.eu
User?@*.com.br
User?@*.com

In the panel it does not accuse as an error. Wanted to know if it will work.
