Hi SWsoft,

I have few questions that I want to clarify.

1.) Is the trafic limit located in the control panel is the bandwidth alocation per domain template?

Maximum amount of traffic MB/month
Whats this ?

2.) Maximum network use (KB/S) and whats this I alocated 4GB example is that the
bandwidth alocation?

3.) We bought the PLesk package from Peer 1 and It does'nt include the ticket center. Or help desk.. How do I go about those maters.
