Hide "remove selected" option from client control panel

When a user is in the Client control panel, there is a list of domains at the bottom of the page. The user can check the box next to one or more of the domains and then click on the "Remove Selected" link right above that and nuke one or more of their domains.

I would like to hide or disable the "Remove Selected" link. How do I do that?
