Which process is consuming memory? Bugfix list is kinda tempting to install this update, but I guess I was already burned too many times with these updates. Can you see with top (F, n, enter)?
The thing is nothing is really showing as consuming a ton of memory. It's likely an artifact of the update process (and that Linux doesn't 'free' the memory as Windows does once it is not being used). The swap file isn't terribly utilized (160k utilized). I'd suspect if I rebooted the system, it would come back and show normal usage.
I'll dig some more, or see if I can get a release window to reboot the server to test my theory.
There hasn't been a performance hit that I've noticed after the upgrade, and given the bugs that are fixed and the appearance that this is a cosmetic 'issue', I'd still make the upgrade.
