  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

HMailserver and password change

New Pleskian
Hi, we have a problem with Plesk 9.0.1 (recently upgraded to 9.0.1 from 8.6.0)

We are using HMailserver together with Plesk and everything except changing a users password seems to work.

The account creation works and sets the correct password but we have to use HMailserver's own management GUI to change our users passwords.

Thanks for any help!

Any support on this please? It causes inconsistency with the plesk db and hmail db...

Hi,

I just can confirm that I have the same Issue you described above with Smartermail 5.5. The Password does not change but everything else is fine.
