Holding a copy of emails sent through SMTP (Plesk 11.5)

When sending an email from outlook or mobile, etc. I wish to hold a copy of the email sent in Plesk for a period of time e.g. 4 weeks.

Does Plesk support this and if so,what settings are required?

NO, plesk does not support that! However you can write a wrapper or a hook and attach it to Postfix or QMail depending on what you are using!
