horde 404

I've seen this issue mentioned many times for Windows servers but not for Lunix/UNIX systems.

When accessing www.<domain>/horde/ I get a 404.

error_log shows a File does not exist error (404) for /home/httpd/vhosts/<domain>/httpdocs/horde

When attempting to use webmail.<domain> I get redirected to www.<domain> and then the 404.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

webmail subdomain is seperate domain in global httpd.include file of Plesk. It should point to /home/httpd/vhosts/webmail, therefore it is clear that there are no horde files below client's domain.

But you should not get redirected to http://www.domain.tld/horde/ but to http://webmail.domain.tld/horde/.

Btw. does http://webmail.domain.tld/horde/ work?

Oddly...

webmail.<domain> has started to work.

I havn't changed anything so it must be dns-related.
