Horde Attachment corrupt

When you send a dwg file (autocad file) with the horde to another domain you can see the attachment but is corrupt and you cant use.

Someone more with this error? How to fix? Its only in plesk panel 9.5 we have another plesk panels with 9.3 and this error isnt happen.

Do you have in horde logs errors like

"Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 0 bytes)" or "Request Entity Too Large" ?
