Horde attachment size

Is there a way to ajust the size limit on Horde. i found an old KB article but it is for 7.6 and windows!

In Plesk 7.5.4 (Fedora) I did this as follows:

• Open /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.include
• Find horde section (search for 'ServerAlias webmail.*')
• Add line: 'php_admin_value memory_limit 128M' (or whatever memory limit is appropriate for you)
