HORDE Change Password - NOT Appear

M

Hi all swsoft community..

I have reinstall our server with Plesk and everthing running successfull. But after make a check found that a Menus at Left side of Horde Webmail didn't show for "Change Password". So it really a big problem for our client to change their password later.

What should I do? Please advice with thanks

Thanks for ur reply pheonixisp

I know it should be there & I am very familiar with Horde interface. There were just only 4 Menus :
- Horde
- Mail
* New Messages
* Search
* Inbox
* drafts
* sent-mail
* Virtual Folders
- Options
* Global Option
* Mail
- Logout

It seems that I have face the same problem with our friend shantanu --> http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?threadid=30025&highlight=horde+password+not+appear

I think this problem related with poppassd module. Is it possible for me to fix that module problem with any specific commands?

Please guide me on how to solve this problem. Thank you very much :cool:

yezzaaaa...

It's all my fault, very simple solution.

1- Download Additional Horde (webmail) components - psa-passwd-3.0-cos4.build81070322.16.noarch.rpm for Plesk at : http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_8....swd-3.0-centos4.3.build81061129.22.noarch.rpm

2- Log in as root, then stop your services
#/etc/init.d/psa stopall

3- Install that RPM package
#rpm -i psa-passwd-3.0-cos4.build81070322.16.noarch.rpm

4- Start services back
#/etc/init.d/psa startall

You may need to restart your server, if needed. Login your Horde Webmail then "My Account" Menu will appear with "Change Password".

Case Closed..!! Thank You VERY Much :cool:
