Horde Doesn't Work!!!After installing Zend Optimizer!!

Hi folks.
I installed Zend Optimizer for AWBS. Because AWBS needs Zend Optimizer installed to run & install. I installed Zend Optimizer and now damn Horde is not working.
When I write http://webmail.domain.com I am having following error;
